How long does it take for my order to be processed?

NEX-COM offers same day delivery in most regions of Quebec and canada.

Will I know my phone number before receiving my mobile or satellite phone?

It is with pleasure thatNEX-COM will give you your new number. In addition there will be a sticker with the number on your phone.

How do I return the rented phone?

Just bring your mobile phone to our office or send it by courier.

When will I receive my phone?

You will receive your phone on the day requested.

Can I keep my regular phone number?

Some companies will give you the option of transferring your mobile number to your rental phone. You must contact your current cellular provider for details and fees.

When should I start to pay my rental and when should I stop?

Your rental period begins on the day specified as "required date", when you place your order. We will stop to charge your rent the day we receive your device.

Where do I pick up the phone?

It can be picked up at our office, Or we can deliver the phone to your office, your hotel or home. After the rental period, you just bring it back or ship back it to our office at:
